The Research And Design For The Automatic Measuring Of Oven Temperature Based On Microcontroller

The hardware design of this measure system concentrates on AT89C51 microcontroller to test and storage the surface temperature of workpiece in the oven and temperature of oven in the four channels. And it is provided with giving an alarm when there is a malfunction in the sensors or batteries lack of electricity capacity. Replacing conventional SDRAM with new type ferroelectric memory, this system can get a guarantee on reliability of gathering data and storage. When working, we put the temperature measure instrument into heat insulation device, making the instrument move on product line with the workpiece. It is very easy and useful.We adopt microcontroller advanced language -Franklin C51 to program in the software part of this microcontroller system, it makes the program structured, readable and can be easily planted into a new program which benefits the system to extend. We use VC+ +6.0 advanced language to carry out application software which provides good communication function and storage, display, printing data and simple and friendly interface between people and machine. The main technologies of this measure system include gathering and disposing of data technology, computer detection and measurement technology and Franklin C51 programming technology.Oven temperature automatic detection and measurement system is the organic unite of the software and hardware of computer measure technology based on the microcontroller exploiture and exploiture of oriented object advanced visual program in this paper. There is still no factory to produce this product, so it has good market perspective. If put it to produce, it can not only create fine economy benefit but also replenish a technology blank on the exploiture application of apparatus and instrument trade in our country.
