China's coke production capacity is 300 million T per year,the emission of coke-oven gas over 20 billion m3 per year.Coke-oven gas,with a complex composition,including CH4, CO, CO2, CnHm which volume fraction is nearly 40%,is a very important energy and chemical resources.At present,the coke oven gas mainly used in fuel,power generation,the production of pure H2,the production of methanol and direct reducing iron (DRI) etc. five areas.But the economic benefits is not significant. On the other hand,our country and the world's natural gas resources is in the increasingly tense,natural gas price still remain upward trend,also because the content of methane in the coke oven gas is 25%, make full use of existing resources in excess of the coke oven gas to produce liquefied natural gas (LNG),at the same time to produce the H2 will be one of the best use of coke oven gas.The plan is very feasible,which coke oven gas as raw material,with pretreatment, separation and purification,preparation of cryogenic processes,turn to liquefied natural gas, proposed by Taigong Tiancheng Company.The plan do not only reduced the coking plant emissions, and also improve the taste of energy.Pretreatment system is the basic front part of the technological process.The result of the separation feed gas impurities in pretreatment system, which determines whether the follow processes.The quality of pretreatment system control is the key for the product reaching the standard.As the produceing of liquefied natural gas with coke oven gas is the first time in China, also rare in other countries, so there is not much direct reference.In this paper, with the designing of the control system of pretreatment in coke oven gas utilization demonstration project of Taigong Tiancheng Company,the author proposes the control scheme for pre-processing, and focuses on the temperature swing adsorption system of traditional control schemes.With atudying in temperature swing adsorption control system,the author find that the control target in is too conservative in conventional control program,existing inefficient use of absorbents and the high energy consumption problems.To solve these problems, the paper designs a semi-automatic feedback cycle time optimization split control system and optimization algorithm is given.Then,this paper proposed the system scale, the system structure,the system function and system control plan of the distributed control system for the project,according to "Oil-chemical industry distributed control system design","Petroleum engineering design of instrument selection" and "Control construction technical manual" and other standards,and completed the system configuration,the underlying programming.
