Research On Records Resource Sharing In Data Open Environment

The open environment of data presents a series of opportunities and challenges for the development of China's records industry,and also makes the sharing of record resources face new situations and new requirements.Record resource sharing is of great significance.Record resource sharing helps to fully realize the value of record resources,deepen records information services,and better meet the needs of the public and social development.In the data open environment,how to make the record resources more effectively integrate into the open environment of data,enrich the content and methods of sharing record resources,and make the record resources "live" has become an important task.File resources sharing under the open environment of data The concepts,content,methods,and technologies all require our attention and research.This paper starts from the current situation of China's records resource sharing in the data open environment,analyzes the problems existing in the process of file resource sharing,and based on this,proposes the optimization strategy of file resource sharing.This paper consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction of the article.It introduces the background and research significance of the article,and analyzes the research status of file resource sharing under the open environment of domestic data.It also studies the research methods,research framework and innovation of this paper.The point is explained.The second part mainly expounds the connotation and value of data opening and file resource sharing.The third part mainly expounds the status quo of China's records resources opening from four aspects: policy,content,method and guarantee,and summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of China's data open environment.The fourth part is to explain the current situation of foreign records resource sharing in the open environment of data,that is,to explain the status quo of foreign countries from the policies of shared records resources,shared content,shared methods and shared guarantee mechanisms.The fifth part puts forward the optimization strategy of file resource sharing under the data open environment,which mainly includes establishing the concept of scientific sharing of records resource,optimizing the sharing of record resources,expanding the sharing of record resources,deep integration of modern technology,and perfecting the mechanism of sharing record resources.Five aspects propose optimization strategies.Finally,it is the summary and outlook of this article.
