| The digital construction of archives is a systematic project.As one of the important links of archives information construction,it has always been highly valued by the state.Judging from the current status of the digital construction of archives in our country,archives at all levels have successively carried out digitization of archives,and digital outsourcing has become their primary choice.However,the digital outsourcing of Republican archives started late and is in the development stage.Studying the current situation of the digitization of Republican archives,discovering the existing problems,and exploring solutions will help improve the quality of Republican archives digitization,enrich the resources of digital archives,and advance the construction of archives informatization in our country.This article takes the Republican archives digitization project of Hunan Provincial Archives as an example.It mainly uses the literature research method,field research method and in-depth interview method to conduct an in-depth analysis of the current Republican archives digitization work.The article believes that Hunan Archives has made many achievements in the digitization of Republican archives,not only actively carrying out the construction of archive management platform,accelerating the construction of digital archive resources,but also constantly strengthening the infrastructure guarantee system and comprehensively promoting the sharing and utilization of digital archive resources.At the same time,there are also many deficiencies,such as different standards and unified improvement,digital progress slightly lagging behind,processing quality needs to be improved,processing personnel mobility,security and confidentiality system is not perfect,digital results development is not good.The main reason are that the objective environment is not ideal,the overall planning is not reasonable,the supervision mechanism is not perfect,and the tripartite communication is not timely;the information technology is restricted,and the business literacy is lacking.In order to promote the digitalization process of Republican archives in Hunan Provincial Archives,the article proposes that one is to establish and perfect digital standards and norms,mainly from the aspects of optimizing the objective environment,unifying standards and norms,and paying attention to information feedback.The second is to strengthen the digital quality control of Republican archives.It is necessary to formulate an overall construction plan as a prerequisite,strengthen infrastructure equipment as a basis,establish a quality evaluation system as a means,and focus on strict control of project process management.The third is to establish a digital archive security mechanism for the Republican archives,mainly from five aspects of compliance management,confidentiality management,risk management,intellectual property management and environmental management,to ensure the overall safety of the Rpublican archives digital construction.The fourth is to focus on the construction of a digital talent team.From the perspective of how to improve the professional qualities of the staff,it puts forward three aspects of talent development: improving the quality of the project staff,establishing a library-school cooperation mechanism,and focusing on training composite talents.Fifth,actively promote the development and utilization of digital achievements.First of all,solidly promote the deep processing of archives digitization,at the same time,it actively strives for the socialization of the development of Republican archives,encourages the participation of multiple subjects,and makes full use of information technology to innovate the compilation and research methods of the Republican archives,so as to realize the value of use and research preservation of Republican archives. |
