Discourse Analysis Of Environmental Reports On "Hubei Daily"

With the development of economy and society,people increasingly realize the importance of a good ecological environment.Ecological environment,which is related to people's livelihood,is paid more and more attention by our party and country.At the 18 th national congress of the CPC,ecological civilization construction,as a new deployment of implementing the scientific outlook on development,was mentioned in the national strategy and included in the overall layout of the "Five-in-One" cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.As the official newspaper of hubei,the environmental reports occupy a certain proportion in all pages,which plays a certain role in promoting the implementation of the idea of ecological civilization construction and sustainable development.This paper selected the environmental report of Hubei Daily from January 1,2015 to October,2018 as the sample,and mainly adopted content analysis method and van dijk's news discourse analysis method for analysis,which is an effective combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis used to sort out the content of environmental report of Hubei Daily.First,it summarizes the general situation of its environmental report in the report subject,report genre,manuscript source,layout distribution and news pictures.Then it analyzes and summarizes the text structure,news schema,phrasing style and rhetorical devices in environmental reports.Otherwise,it also fully presents the deep significance of the environmental report of Hubei Daily after the discourse construction.Last,it is believed that the environmental report of Hubei Daily has carried out effective construction in improving the public awareness of environmental protection,actively promoting the construction of ecological civilization and promoting the coordinated and sustainable development of economy and society,and finally provided feasible Suggestions for the deficiency of its environmental report.
