Research On The Development Of Xinjiang Urban TV Station Under The Background Of Media Integration

As a mass communication medium,TV is one of the most influential media nowadays.Its development is accompanied by the changes of The Times.Nowadays,the convergence era has made specific requirements for traditional TV media--media convergence.At present,China has more than 800 million Internet users,more than98 percent of mobile Internet users,more than 5.4 million websites and more than 4million apps.On January 25,2019,the central political bureau collective learning to People's Daily,xi jinping,general secretary at the time of learning the important speech clearly points out the urgency and importance of media convergence development.With the advance of the national policy on media convergence,the practice of media convergence in China is emerging one after another.Based on the theory of media convergence,in Xinjiang city television station as the research object,from the characteristics and patterns of the city television station development,Xinjiang city television station development present situation analysis,probes into the city television station development under the background of media convergence Xinjiang existing problems and reasons,and based on this new development model to build the city television station in Xinjiang.The logical starting point of media convergence research is media.Every different media has its own special media,such as radio by sound,television by image,newspaper by text,etc.But why does media convergence appear? There are different opinions in academic circles,such as technology promotion theory,economic promotion theory and policy promotion theory.Based on the views of scholars,this paper sorted out the views of scholars at home and abroad,combined with the actual development of Xinjiang city television,and finally selected the theoretical views of Chinese scholar CAI wen and American scholar liqi Gordon,namely,media convergence refers to the integration of technology,content,organizational structure and terminal between media.This paper is divided into six major chapters,each part of the corresponding summary or conclusion,based on the previous discussion derived from the argument,the corresponding logical relationship.The research finds that Xinjiang city TV station complies with the trend of media convergence and under the background of the state vigorously advocating mediaconvergence,it has made a solid step in the construction and exploration of media convergence in line with radio and television,but the degree of integration is very low.In the process of sustainable development,there are many problems such as insufficient construction of new media,insufficient endogenous power and insufficient content production.To this study,according to the medium fusion theory,the Xinjiang city television station need to continue to strengthen the construction of traditional TV media,strengthen the construction of the new media,to the new media and traditional media fusion technology integration,content integration,organization structure,terminal fusion,finally realizes the development of the city television station,significant progress.The innovation of this paper is that it is the first time to systematically study the development of Xinjiang city TV station.This paper combines the reality of Xinjiang and constructs a new development mode for the development of Xinjiang city TV station under the background of integration.Paper also exists shortage,on the use of the media convergence theory lacks integrity,this article just through Xinjiang city television present situation to analyze,to promote Xinjiang city television media mergence of also only stay in the analysis of the reasons,the content to external economic factors,policy factors,social factors,such as no further discussion.Because the Xinjiang city TV station studied in this paper is a huge media group,the research is relatively large and lacks pertinence on a certain issue.It's also a big pity not to study.
