With the development of modern manufacturing industry,the demand for automation is bigger and bigger,and the demand is higher and higher.However,many automation projects are not progressing smoothly.There are many complex factors in the implementation process of automation engineering,which will affect the progress of the project.What is the relationship between these complex and complex factors? How they affect the implementation of automated projects is the content of this paper.First of all,this paper introduces the development process,schedule and control of the automation engineering.On the basis of reviewing the existing literature on the project progress risk,we find the theoretical basis and case support point of the progress risk of automation engineering development.Secondly,the schedule risk of automation engineering development is analyzed.First determine the risk source of the project progress in the automation project,and then combine the automated development project to describe the identified risk,and summarize the relationship between these factors.Then,from the qualitative and quantitative two angles to analyze the risk factors of automation project progress,qualitative analysis uses the relative ranking and priority list,from the probability of risk occurrence and the severity of the occurrence of the risk level,that is,to determine the degree of impact on the project progress and the extent of the delay effect on the progress of the progress.However,the qualitative analysis is only an analysis of the degree of influence.On the basis of qualitative analysis,we should further determine the probability of the occurrence of the events and the quantitative analysis of the delay in the period of time.Quantitative angle analysis is based on expert scoring,sensitivity analysis and other methods to determine the probability of risk.Thirdly,Bayesian theory and model are applied to analyze the non additive effects of multiple risk factors.Using the priori probability of risk factors,the progress risk under the action of multiple factors is calculated first,and then the progress risk under the action of single influence factors is calculated respectively.Comparing the impact of multiple factors and single factors on risk data,it is found that the impact of multiple factors on the progress of the project is not the superposition of single factors alone.From the comparison of the results of the three cases,it is possible that multiple risk factors affect the progress of the project at the same time.As to what is the case,it depends on the prior risk of different risk combinations and risks.Finally,based on the results of theoretical research and empirical analysis,the corresponding improvement measures are put forward for personnel management,demand change,material supply and other links in view of the risk factors in the progress management of project management.
