The core of customer relationship management(CRM)theory is to use specific technology and means to identify potential customers,acquire and increase customers,and maintain existing corporate customers.With the development of the times,people began to use information technology to reflect the customer-centered management purpose.The company's business and business activities are carried out around this purpose.They form customer information,needs,satisfaction and other data into a database,and build a management system platform for centralized management.The business model of the car trading company is similar to domestic 4S stores and the revenue from customer service and other service projects accounts for a relatively low proportion of the company's total revenue.We found that the following problems commonly exist in the customer management system of automobile trade company:the low integration of multi-source information between the company's business personnel and customers is easy to cause information loss;the lack of personalized information collection of customers in the data table structure;the lack of information analysis and mining functions in the platform.In this paper,a customer management system of automobile trade company is designed,which has high integration of multi-source information and can meet the personalized requirements of customers.The main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,we realize the function of multi-source information integration.We use the company's existing Internet and local area network to build the network architecture of customer management system.Customers connect with telecommunication operators' switches through mobile phones,telephones,computers;fax machines,etc.,and web application servers connect with switches and system database servers.The web server is configured to forward specific requests to specific ports.The database server runs in a similar way.The application server connects to the port and establishes the database through the port mapping server.Secondly,we design and develop customer management system based on customer relationship theory.This paper USES JavaServlet as controller,JavaBean as model,JSP page as view,and implements MVC pattern of customer management system.This pattern allows for better separation of roles,it is a single entry point,and high scalability.The design of background data table fully reflects customer personalization.This article USES the Java API for JDBC executing SQL statements to embed SQL in Java code to provide RDBMS access.It can solve the problem of fast data access query and data entry standard specification.Finally,this system realizes the function of information analysis and mining.By using the functions of the system,the company can accurately locate customers and find potential customers,and analyze the demand of different types of customers for a certain aspect of automobiles.
