Design And Implementation Of The Court Judicial Business Information System

With the continuous development of information technology,it has an increasingly important impact on people's lives.In the practical work,with the introduction of information technology and the use of various management methods,especially developed systems with using computer language to collect and process data,compared to previous manual operations,work efficiency has greatly improved,which makes the characteristics of information — high-speed and transparent,the performance is particularly prominent.With the continuous improvement of the legal system,court system information is also steadily improving,the application of computer technology in the court has developed based on it.This paper has done a lot of research on the problems that appear in the courts nowadays.Firstly,the information level is not high,which leads to confusion and lack of rigor in management.Secondly,the court's trial requires fairness and strictness,and its supervision cannot be ignored.According to the specific process of the co urt's trial,using information technology to adopt a scientific management method for the specific process,the case is scientifically analyzed from the specific business of filing,trial,review,execution and archiving,reflecting the court's complex tri al procedures,and clearly analyzing the responsibilities of staff at all stages.In this paper,MVC three-tier architecture is used as the system design framework,STRUTS,JSP and other technologies are used as technical support at all levels,so that the system can better integrate technology and framework structure,which is conducive to the overall optimization of the system.The system adopts modular design with clear structure.According to the court business process,the court is divided into six mod ules: trial management,trial assistance,inquiry statistics,system tools,personal information and auxiliary functions.As I am responsible for the design and implementation of the trial management module and the design of the inquiry and statistics busi ness,this paper focuses on these two aspects.The ultimate goal is to achieve the corresponding functions through the design of the module,to achieve the scientific management of the court trial process of business information,to provide information ser vices and inquiries for court staff,and to provide information consultation and services for the public.The role of court's trial supervision should be brought into full play.The realization and operation of the trial information system make the management of the trial process more unified and standardized,and reduce the repetition of the management of the trial process,so that the speed and quality of the trial process can be significantly improved,and the efficiency of the trial and the level of the trial can be enhanced.
