In this thesis, I take the trial operation management of court as the research object, and combine the information technology and management technology to realize scientific management of the court trial business process. To analyze the specific business of case from the acceptance, case registration, division, scheduling, trial, sentencing and filing, this will make the complex process of the case trial clear, simple and streamlining. To strengthen trial supervision, improve trial efficiency, ensure trial justice by fully using of the efficient and transparent features of informatization. According to the nature and origin of the case, the system software will arrange the trial judge, the members of the collegial panel, the court clerk, the people's assessor. Status tracking of the whole case process makes every received case in system monitoring, which will prevent the retention or missing of cases. The early warning will ensure the case completion in the trial statutory period by, and avoid the delay of case. And meanwhile, the distribution and refinement of staff responsibility in every stage will improve the trial efficiency.This thesis adopts Object-Oriented technology, complete the use case analysis by the unified modeling language UML, and complete the construction of the trial business management system by the client/server (C/S) system structure. Including system requirements analysis, management system design, system implementation and management of all aspects of the test. The process of court business is divided into seven modules according to modular design idea:the court trial business management, basic information settings, trial procedure settings, trial information query and statistics, data exchange, electronic file management.The chapter of this thesis were introduced of the development background, development significance, research status at home and abroad, the thesis main problem, the contents of this thesisr and the main structure. Which current research focuses on the current domestic and foreign mature enrollment management system is studied.The chapter focuses on techniques during system development application were introduced, technical presentations, including UML techniques and C/S system structure.The chapter of the system was introduced ofFunctional requirements and performance requirements.The main contents include system overview presentation, the main problem with the system development feasibility, system design objectives, system solutions, the system function analysis, security analysis system performance analysis.The fourth and fifth chapters mainly on the design of the system were introduced, including system design and system architecture outline detailed design. Wherein the system-level design including system design objectives, system design principles, a system architecture diagram design, system network architecture and system architecture design functions. System detailed design of the main functional modules and systems for the detailed design of database systems are introduced.The chapter focuses on implementation and testing system introduced. System implementation mainly focuses on system implementation environment, System testing introduces the system test environment, system test plan, system test, and system test results.The final design has become a practical application in the court trial business management system. The system will not only achieve the trial process of fully digital management, and to achieve a series of trial business association business online completion. Can improve trial efficiency, but also to improve the management of the relevant business efficiency. Save manpower and material resources, and promote the overall social influence of the court.
