The Court Judicial Busuness Information System Design And Implementation

This paper is to the trial court engaged in the research object, the informationtechnology and management techniques to achieve the scientific management of courtbusiness processes. To the trial court is to study business case from the filing, trial,review, implementation, archiving and analysis phases of the business, so that thetedious trial court clarity, but also on the staff of the various stages of clearresponsibilities and Analysis, paper-based system designed to lay the next goodbusiness foundation. This paper by using MVC this three-story frame mode as asystem design framework, and use Struts, Jsp technology as the technical support ofeach layer, make the system uses technology and frame structure to achieve betterintegration, which is beneficial to the whole system optimization. In this paper thesystem design is modular in design so that a clear structure, business processes of thecourt is divided into six modules: trial management, trial assistance, query statistics,system tools, personal information, accessibility. As the author is responsible for thedesign and trial management module to achieve the design and accessibility ofbusiness so this paper focuses on the aspects of both. The ultimate goal of paper isdesigned to achieve the appropriate function module, the trial court process to achievethe scientific management of business information for court staff to provideinformation services and information, providing the public information services andconsulting, and supervision of the trial court play the role.This paper addresses two major problems facing the Court today: First, the Court’sconstruction of the low level of confusion in the trial information management;Second, the trial court lack of effective oversight process. To strengthen courtinformatization construction and judicial reform plays a certain role in promoting.
