Research On Network Media Trial

The "media trial" issue is the focus of discussion in the western media.After the 1980s,with the prosperity and development of our country's journalism industry,the academic discussion of the media "judgment" behavior has gradually increased.The advancement of Internet technology has made it easier for the media to get out of control.The impact on the case and the damage to the parties caused us to take this issue seriously and solve the problem by clarifying the causal relationship behind it.This article takes the time period from February 2017 to July 2017,and publishes four professional news websites:Southern Weekend,Beijing News,West China Metropolis Daily,and Chongqing News,as well as news portals of four portals:Tencent,NetEase,Sina,and Sohu.The WeChat public number is the source of data collection.Taking the case of Yu Huan-killing as a case,content analysis and text analysis methods are used to explore the performance of network news reports in the Huan-hu killing case.The first chapter introduces the collected sample situation,summarizes the cause and effect of the Huan murder case,and describes the sample of the Huan murder case through the introduction of categories and sample sources.The second chapter is the explanation and textual analysis of the analysis of the content of the murderous murder case.At the same time,according to the results of the analysis,Xu Xun's ten rules were used to measure the overall evaluation of the online media's activities for the murder report.In the third chapter,the author further studies the influencing factors of the formation of public opinion by online media,and points out that the media media's role in the formation of public opinions is based on the imbalance media coverage of authoritative media and the catalytic role of online media.The fourth chapter discusses the positive effects of the murderous murder case and the solution to the media anomie problem from two aspects of discussion and suggestion,namely,how to promote the positive interaction between media and justice.The last chapter summarizes the full text.The results of the content analysis and text analysis are unbalanced reports,irregular sources,and other anomie in the Huanhu murder case,but they did not reach the point of media trial.Instead,they actively responded to the judiciary,Xinhua News Agency,The People's Daily and other media's full coverage of the case's trials have responded well to the media's concerns and enabled the case to achieve better social results.The author believes that the end result of Yu Huan's case does not mean that the media's actions are blameless.To avoid the next online media trial,the parties' behavior is regulated from the perspective of a positive interaction between the judiciary and the media,leaving room for media supervision and judicial independence.It is the ultimate good policy.
