Design & Research On The Management System Of Case Supervising And Recording For Trial In Procuratorates

With the rapid development of Internet, an information-networked pattern of cases has become an indispensable working approach in procuratorates. The importance of synchronized audio-video recording of case supervising and recording for trial has emerged in the processes of investigation and trial. According to the practical needs of supervising and recording for trials of Procuratorates, and based on the analysis and tiding of the current market software research and development status, the Management System of Case Supervising and Recording for Trial in Procuratorates was designed and implemented.Firstly, a new type of software architecture, mixed distribution of C/S and B/S, COM component technology, audio-video encoding / decoding and other related technologies were introduced. Secondly, the research content, applications, business processes and functions of the system were analyzed. Thirdly, the three key technologies used in the system, including the synchronized audio-video techniques, Dual-DVD synchronized recording techniques and case inquiry techniques, were clarified again. And the secure access control policies applied in the system were discussed. Finally, the system database and four subsystems used for the synchronized audio-video recording, interrogation commands, assisted transcriptions and comprehensive administration, were designed and implemented.At present, the system has been applied in several procuratorates.The practices showed that the system has powerful functions, higher effectiveness, safety and stability, as well as simplicity of operations, and can be fully able to meet the urgent needs of the fixation of digital audio-visual evidences and remote commands.
