The Design And Implementation Of People's Court Trial Management System For Lan Ling County

In the past, Lanling County People's Court used to apply manual methods in the trial business management. But with the increase in business volume, the way of manual trial management is no longer meeting the needs. What's worse, it can't solve these cumbersome and repetitive problems existed in trial management, although it realized the electronic of trial files with the development of computer science. Well, in order to improve the ability, quality and efficiency of trial management as well as regulate the processes of trial management, Lanling County People's Court has decided to implement the Trial Management System for Lanling County People's Court by information technology, learning from advantages and characteristics of the relevant trial management system at home and abroad.In the Trial Management System for Lanling County People's Court, it applies Java, B/S structure and SSH framework to design and implement. The whole technical architecture of this system is partitioned into three layers:the control layer, the business logic layer and the data persistence layer. At the control layer, users send requests in the Web page, transferring into Actionbean through the Struts label library and configuration files, etc. At the business logic layer, Spring control reverse container provides corresponding business logic components and models with the DAO and completes the processing of business logics. At the data persistence layer, the object relational mapping function of Hibernate interacts with the database to process the DAO component request. After the processing is done, it will return the results back to the Web page. By the way, the system database adopts Microsoft SQL Server 2014.In the Trial Management System for Lanling County People's Court, it has achieved four functions, including trial business management, trial information query and statistics, quality management and system management. In the trial business management function, it includes trial process management, financial management, other business management, litigation files management and data transfer. The trial information query and statistics function consists of case combination query, the comprehensive form query, trial fixed form management, case query and the ultra-limited case query. Quality management function has achieved quality assessment, trial evaluation and quality management. In the system management function, there are trial processes setting, basic information management and data exchange management. In addition, as for the non-functional requirements, this system has also realized some parts, such as the system performance, the ease of use and the security, etc.The implementation and running of the Trial Management System for Lanling County People's Court make the trial processes more unified and standardization as well as reduce the repetition of trial management. More importantly, it effectively supervised the quality and efficiency of trial work and also improved its level and efficiency.
