The legal construction of our country is gradually upgrading from the sound legal system and institutions to improve in the aspects of continuous improvement,the judicial organs are also gradually improve their software and hardware level,especially under the background of big data,information construction of judicial organs will carry out.The court is the judicial examination structure of its trial efficiency and fairness concern,and the introduction of information management system will promote efficiency of court management,change the backward situation of the previous manual processing of various types of files,files,records,enhance the efficiency of information processing within the court,in reducing labor intensity of judicial personnel at the same time,can also be ensure that the judicial process is the implementation of norms,to further improve the judicial impartiality.The purpose of this study is mainly in the CC city court trial management management information system design,the purpose is to change the trial management office electronic form,the introduction of software system to help achieve the trial process management informatization and digitization.Through the analysis of the existing information network technology,it is necessary to determine the technology and framework adopted by the trial management information system on the basis of the existing resource technology to meet the needs of the CC city court.Subsequently,the paper analyzes the organizational structure and business activities of CC City Court,and selects structured analysis methods to determine the system requirements of court trial process management.According to the needs of in-depth research,the functional modules of the system division,the introduction of practical work processes and technical flow,the functional modules of the detailed design and implementation of functions.Research on the judicial organs of the relevant information,design to construct a database system combining the demand function and system,to build the database model with modeling tool,using Sybase Power Builer integrated development environment to complete the design of the user interface.The research focus and necessary conditions for the trial of civil cases,the functional requirements and the judicial process and trial fit the needs,effective information flow,business flow,data flow together,the structure model of information system architecture.According to the overall design of the multiple module distribution design,according to various requirements in function to meet,according to the characteristics of business process design,taking into account the basic principles of the trial division of labor,the demand characteristics of outstanding module,the realization of module and system function.To establish a database model based on ASE Sybase using Power Designer development,using Power Builder integrated development environment to develop the trial management information system based on Windows operating system,and in the end the system testing,the system can do the CC daily city court trial management work.
