Since 2011,the A company is strived hard to develop the information construction,the preferred OA system.Make the daily official approval process,the approval workflows such as legal affairs approval,personnel management approval,approval of market activities and so on,transferred automation in the OA system to come true.With the development of company strategy and business expanding,the organizational structure of scale and the members of the company are growing.The business diversification is also in the growth.The result of all the changes,the flow pattern of the process approval tends to be diversified and complicated.If handled these processes in the original way,it is a large approval work increase in the headquarters of the group human resources department and Vice President / President.Maybe increase the approval process time and reduce the working efficiency of examination and approval.Thus make the applicants waiting time becomes longer,affecting the business or work delay.It is not conducive to the development of the company.Good process can effectively implement the strategy of the enterprise,make the enterprise adapt to the change of the market.The purpose of this study is to use scientific management knowledge to process optimization of personnel changes of the A company as an example.To achieve the company's approval process design method of the OA system,using the Six Sigma management model of DMAIC.After the personnel changes process through a series work of define,measure,analyze,improve and control,analyzing the used data of the personnel changes in the OA system and the reasons for low efficiency of process approval,to find out the process node of personnel changes which waste a long time for the examination and approval process,putting forward the solution.After make a consensus with the company leadership,using the 5W1 H analysis technology questions and ECRS(eliminate,combine,rearrange,simplify)optimization application tools to completes the personnel change approval process optimization work.Then,developing three metrics for measuring process efficiency in one cycle: the number of the approval process,the average time of process flow,the average time-consuming of approval process node.After a period of time of the personnel changes process operation on OA system,select two times optimizations before and after the same period compared to different periods: one is from August 1,2015 to February 28,2016,and another from August 1,2016 to February 28,2017.Statistics the used data of personnel changes from the A company's OA system in part.Making Comparison of process optimization before and after the approval effect.If the number of approval processes within the cycle increased,while the time-consuming of the other two indicators reduced,so as to demonstrate the correctness and feasibility of the Six Sigma management DMAIC model and its technical route.The formation of the A company with the characteristics of office,business process optimization standards and norms comes to being.Of course,the result of the research can be Suitable for other process optimization.And it can help the company to design a standardized and practical management process,to reduce process approval time and improve process approval efficiency.
