Equipment upgrading is a powerful means for enterprises to develop and improve their competitiveness.Human resource is the first element of equipment upgrading project management,and the role of operators in the project runs through the whole process.The‘process personnel' assignment will directly affect the project duration and cost input,which is an important measure to control the total cost of the project.Therefore,from the perspective of‘process personnel' assignment optimization,this paper constructs a positive optimization model of ‘process personnel' assignment for equipment upgrading project.However,under the existing parameter conditions,the optimal project cost obtained by using the positive optimization method is still higher than the budget cost of the enterprise,and it is impossible to continue to reduce the project cost by using the positive optimization method.Therefore,based on the perspective of reverse thinking,this paper uses the inverse optimal value method to transform the positive optimization model into the inverse optimal value model.In order to make the optimal cost of the model infinitely close to the enterprise budget cost,an improved heuristic algorithm is proposed to solve the model,and the effectiveness of the model and algorithm is proved by an example.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Problem analysis and definition.Firstly,the qualification of operators and the positive and inverse assignment problem of ‘process personnel' are defined.Then,the characteristics of‘process personnel' assignment problem in equipment upgrading project are analyzed,and the necessity of using the inverse optimal value method to solve the problem of enterprise cost control is analyzed.The theoretical basis of the ‘process personnel' inverse assignment method is elaborated from two aspects of the inverse optimal value method theory and the bi-level programming theory.Finally,the framework of the ‘process personnel' inverse assignment method is given.(2)‘Process personnel' assignment positive optimization method.In order to minimize the total cost of equipment upgrading project,this paper constructs a positive optimization model of ‘process personnel' assignment for equipment upgrading project,and proposes an improved genetic algorithm based on learning mechanism to solve the model.(3)The inverse optimal value method of ‘process personnel' assignment.In order to achieve the goal of enterprise cost control,this paper uses the inverse optimal value method to transform the positive optimization model into the corresponding inverse optimal value model,and designs a parameter adaptive hybrid artificial fish swarm genetic algorithm solution model based on linear function,and gives the algorithm flow.(4)Numerical example analysis.A numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the inverse optimal value model constructed in the ‘process personnel'assignment problem of equipment upgrading project.The advanced algorithm is proved by comparing with the exact algorithm.This paper combines the idea of objective management with the inverse optimal value method,reversely optimizes the operation time parameters and personnel assignment scheme,provides a new idea and method for the personnel assignment research of enterprise equipment upgrading project,expands the application scope of the inverse optimal value method,and provides the support of ‘process personnel' assignment method for the smooth progress of enterprise equipment upgrading project.
