Research On Software Project Management Optimization Of A Company Based On Dmaic

Company A is a Chinese capital property insurance company.In recent years,information system production problems have occurred frequently,and the instability of the system has led to the inability to conduct business smoothly.The Information Technology Department has frequently received complaints.In 2019,the company formulated a new strategic plan,and put forward new requirements for for information system,which was "improve the stability of information systems and prevent major system failures".In this context,this thesis has carried out an optimization study on the software project management of the Information Technology Department of Company A.First,the thesis combines DMAIC with the current status of software project management,and builds the software project management improvement system and system of Company A.Then,the improvement system is applied.Through quantification of the information system stability index,the improvement goal is determined to reduce the online defect rate of the system W to less than 39.93%.Find out all process factors that affect the target,analyze the attribute consistency of the measurement system,and collect relevant data from the measurement system.The data of process factors are analyzed by Pareto principle,and the causes are analyzed.Then the reasons of key factors are analyzed by brainstorming and fishbone diagram.Develop improvement plan from the aspects of personnel and management process,submit it to the leader for approval,and then implement the improvement as planned.The improvement effect is monitored from both process monitoring and target data monitoring.The online defect rate of system W is controlled below 39.93%.It is determined that the improvement is effective and the improvement process is archived.The research results optimize the current software project management of Company A from the perspective of practice and theory,eliminate the related problems of the current software project management,and improve the stability of the company's software.
