With the rapid development of Chinese aviation manufacturing industry,the existing production and management technology of aviation repair enterprises can not meet the speed of aircraft replacement and technology research.Especially in the 21 st century,aviation repair enterprises are facing the most important challenge: how to meet business needs of the rapid increasing number of the three-generation aircraft maintenance.Therefore,the importing of more advanced management technology is imperative.After investigating and studying the production and management technology inland and abroad,it is found that the ERP system which is being studied inland and abroad can not only meet the upgrading of production technology but also improve management technology.In view of the aviation repair industry,this paper investigates the industry characteristics,production process status and business requirements of the aviation repair industry.Then this paper combines the enterprise business requirements and the existing resources,makes the detailed module function demand analysis of the ERP system.Finally,this paper the successfully achieves six modules: loading management,unloading management,material using/missing management,inventory management,mating management,base data management.The system achieves the relevant information automatically or semi-automatically in process,material and production,and collecting-feedbacking the information as well.During the design and development of ERP system,the following technology is mainly solved and applied:1?Resource Requirement ModelingA resource requirement modeling based on job-based workflow is proposed.Taking the whole production process as an object,the detailed investigation of each stage of production work is carried out.The information of material usage and logical relation of material in each stage of production work is obtained,and the resource model matching with workflow is established..2?Database technologyIn this paper,the ERP system is designed and developed.The production database,processing database,manufacturing resource database,enterprise inventory database and case database are established and improved.3?Interface developmentIn this paper,a mapping data integration model of BOM table based on XML underlying data is established,and the data-information transferring and feedbacking between different function module is realized.
