Based On The Workflow Collaborative Office System Design And Implementation

Office automation (OA) system is an important part of enterprise informatization construction, and developing an OA System with great flexibility in handling the changing of enterprise regularities is facing its problem. The emergence of workflow technology puts forward a solution to this problem, i.e., the workflow engine in workflow technology can make the whole of the OA system more flexible, thus greatly reducing the cost of re-development of the system. Since most current workflow products apply only to large enterprises and institutions, this paper puts forward and develops a lightweight workflow system based on relational database and J2EE and, discuss its application in office automation system.Based on the author’s working background in office automation system, this paper analyses in the first place the need of OA system and the collaborative work system, with an indepth insight into the system function module and points out the core of the system function. Then it makes a research of the model of OA system based on workflow through case studies of workflow management,After that, it puts forward the idea of lightweight workflow system as well as the overall designing scheme and introduces in detail the design of the workflow model in terms of the digraph process model and the role model organization. Then it introduces the design and implementation of the main functional modules and interface of the lightweight workflow system, Finally it illustrates the core of the engine realization method, and the implement of lightweight workflow engine in collaborative OA system.Through theoretical analysis and practical research, this paper provides helpful ideas for further development and improvement of the lightweight workflow management system based on workflow engine.
