The human resource management system is an important ingredient for small and medium-sized supermarkets.This system not only could make the total management more standard and efficient,and help the managers make better decisions.So apparently developing this system is very important. This paper uses asp.net technology and database technology to design and develop human resource management system for small and medium-sized supermarkets.This system uses B/S mode and consists both background database and foreground application.This paper explains several aspects, such as requirement analysis, system design, system development, system testing, and analyzes the modules, including organization management,staff management, personnel management, Integrative query, authority management,award/punishment management.Personnel management contains staff information management, staff welfare management. Organization management contains post settings, store management, organization diagram which is generated automatically and is a visual method to manage each store and post, and so on. Staff management contains new employees, staff roster, etc. Integrative query could provide multiple inquiry for a personnel and make user achieve staff information easily and quickly. The Award/Punishment management could make the personnel management more hommization, in which user could add record and search history. This system contains almost all aspects of authority management, such as menu management, password management, adding administrator, inquiry administrator,etc. This system uses modeling technology to build business process and the data process. At the end, this paper summarized the key points and deficiencies of the system, and looked forward to the future.
