The Application Of Risk Management In The Relocation Of The Core Computer Room Of The J Provincial Radio And Television Network

The relocation of broadcasting and television network room is a very complicated work.A little carelessness will affect the security of digital television broadcasting or cause the interruption of data and interactive services.Before this,we must carry out detailed planning,step by step to carry out the relocation of hardware equipment,in order to ensure that the relocation work smoothly.The premise and key of all the work is the overall plan and specific implementation plan of the relocation project.Firstly,this paper introduces the current situation of the construction and risk management of radio and television network room in detail at home and abroad.It also briefly introduces the construction of the new computer room and the relocation of the old computer room in the core computer room of Jiangsu Radio and TV Network,and mainly expounds the whole process of the relocation of the computer room.Then,the combination of relocation project and risk management of radio and television network room is analyzed and studied in detail.Then,identify the risk factors of the project,analyze the probability of its occurrence and the impact once it occurs,do a good job of risk mitigation strategy,facilitate the actual relocation of the project in the future to have a better risk control.Through the combination of risk management theory and practical work,in order to smoothly complete the relocation of radio and television network room,effectively evade the project risk,successfully achieve the project objectives,to ensure the safety of radio and television broadcasting.This paper studies the whole process of risk management in theory,and demonstrates the application of the key elements of risk management in the relocation of radio and television network room.Therefore,it also provides a successful case for other units in the same industry to apply risk management to similar projects in the future.
