Design & Implementation Of Project Performance Appraisal System On Quality Inspection Of Information Engineering

Small businesses generally have relatively simple business and their department structure is relatively simple.Balanced scorecard,360 degree assessment and other complex performance appraisal methods can not meet the actual needs of enterprises.The project performance appraisal system studied in this paper is mainly aimed at solving the problem that small businesses of Information Engineering are difficult to achieve simple,scientific and reasonable performance appraisal.When the overall design of the project performance evaluation system software is carried out,the demand analysis is carried out mainly from two aspects of function and non function.The functional requirements analysis,function system based on the mode of project management were discussed,combined with the actual situation of the project of small and medium enterprises,established a new project performance evaluation model,this model is realized through the research on the project,the project objectives,project planning,project execution,satisfaction survey,staff evaluation project evaluation,etc.,and realize the project performance appraisal.The analysis of non functional requirements is mainly from performance requirements,ease of use demand,and security requirements.Finally,the system software architecture design,system function module design and system network architecture design are carried out,and the database is designed according to the functional requirement analysis results.To achieve the project performance evaluation system,introduces project,project objectives,project planning,project implementation,employee satisfaction survey,evaluation,project evaluation,work logs,analysis of the specific implementation process function,knowledge base function,system settings.The functional test and performance test of the project performance evaluation system are carried out.The function test is tested through the test case,and the performance test is carried out by setting different scenes by using LoadRunner tools.Finally,the results of the data are compared with the system design,and the results of the system test and application are obtained.At the same time,through the running results of the system software in real environment,it is verified that the system software can meet the needs of small businesses in project performance appraisal..
