Design And Implementation Of Hongji Weiye Real Estate Project Information Management

The business management of real estate enterprises involves all aspects in the process of real estate projects,as the key of business management,project management has an important impact on the financial indicators such as cash flow of real estate enterprises,which is also of great significance to the smooth progress of real estate projects.In real estate project management,it is necessary to make relevant decisions in time according to the specific progress of the project,which puts forward higher requirements for the timeliness of information.The traditional manual management mode is inefficient and difficult to meet the requirements of real estate project management in practice.This paper designs and develops a real estate enterprise project information management system which is suiTab.for its own needs through field research on the actual situation of real estate project information management and combining with the actual management needs of enterprises.First of all,based on the actual management needs of real estate enterprises,the development objectives of the system are determined.Secondly,according to the functional requirements of real estate enterprises,the development content of the system is determined,and the functional requirements and performance requirements of the system are analyzed.Then,combined with the system analysis,the overall structure of the system is designed,and the system security,database and other aspects of the design are completed.The needs of the whole system are analyzed,and the various business processes of the project information management system of the real estate enterprise are combed,the functional requirements of the system and the nonfunctional requirements such as reliability and integrity are determined,and the system needs are deeply analyzed,and the system project management is completed.Project bidding management,project funding management and project implementation and completion management of the four core functional modules need use case diagram design.After the system needs analysis,the overall framework of the system is further designed,and then the overall system architecture,network topology,core functional modules are completed.And the design and development of the database;finally completed the design and implementation of the interface of the functional modules of thesystem,and carried out a scientific and comprehensive system test for the whole system,and found the problems in the process of the system design and perfected it in time.Based on the JAVAEE architecture and Oracle database technology,this paper has completed the design and development of the real estate project information management system.Compared with the common related information management system in the market,the system developed in this paper has better pertinence,greatly improves the efficiency of the management of the enterprise project,and helps the management of the management.Mastering the progress and quality of engineering projects is of great significance for improving the quality management of engineering projects.
