At the present time, the real estate industry plays a key role in the economic development China. In the real estate industry, small sized real estate enterprises account for the largest proportion,their survival and development affects the entire real estate industry’s survival and development. The real estate industry is suffering from various of uncertain factors. Small sized real estate enterprises’ fate affects the nerve of all levels economic decision-making bodies. Standardized management of small sized real estate enterprises ascend to a higher level.It caught attention by all circles of the society. Engineering Management, as one of the key management module of small sized real estate enterprises management, is a symbol of execution.It plays a very important role in the management of work.For this, in order to further the development of corresponding software, to provide powerful help for small sized real estate enterprises’ standardization management work,my paper aims at the small sized real estate enterprises project management research, combins closely with the need of small sized real estate enterprises project management, researchs and analyses Engineering Management.This study, firstly introduces the research background, the research and present application of similar system; analyses the significance and importance of the research of project management system; introduces the contents and the main work of the research,then conducts a comprehensive analysis of the small sized real estate enterprises businesse, specially to Engineering Management businesse;introduces the organization structure and business process of the traditional, using activity diagrams to show the organization structure and business process which is the application software system of and through the optimization of,next using the use case diagram and package diagram to overall introduce the project management system function that in this research,at last using thumbnail and class diagrams simply analyse the functional data of project management system in this research,analyses the class relationship of the entity. Through this research and analysis, I’m clearly understand the project management ideas and work contents. It further proved that the software system is an important means to standardize the management. The application of this system will have broad prospects.
