Teaching assessment plays no doubt a very important position,and it is accompanied by the development of social and educational development.Assessment of the situational concept is that it should be a performance-based, and the emergence of "performance-based" assessment view is the turning point of the teaching assessment reform. Performance assessment is different from the traditional the end of assessment,and it will pay more attention to the process of learning the true performance. With the development of modern educational theory, it is gradually being realized, understanding and recognition.In this paper, based on existing research, combined with my teaching practice, the construction and application of performance assessment in the teaching of the C language course project were studied. In this paper, the meaning and the characteristics of performance assessment were sort out systematically; in accordance with the construction method of performance assessment, selected the specific course project as the performance of tasks, drew up specific assessment criteria and assessment rubric as performance assessment tools, and preliminarily designed the process of performance assessment; through action research, selected the actual teaching students of two classes as research subjects, respectively used performance assessment and traditional the end of assessment; last through observation and interviews with students and learning effects comparative analysis verified the effect of the application of performance assessment.Practice study found that using the performance assessment in C language course project learning activities has positive impact in stimulating students initiative and enthusiasm, knowledge of in-depth understanding and ability to grasp and raise a variety of all-round development. This study proposes and confirms the methods and strategies of performance assessment , has practical significance to implementate performance assessment in the C language course project.
