| With the development of Internet technology and the popularization of smart phone devices,it is easy to carry and relatively cheap.Mobile phones have gradually replaced computers and become the main carrier of users ‘information acquisition.According to the statistics of Trust data Mobile Big Data Monitoring Platform,social media applications represented by Weixin Weibo account for about 75.65% of the total scale of mobile Internet applications in China.Social media is gradually becoming the main platform for people to obtain information and exchange opinions,and its role in the dissemination of major public emergencies is becoming increasingly prominent;however,and others.Like everything else,social media public opinion is a double-edged sword.Proper grasp can fully reflect the social situation and promote social stability and healthy development.However,once improperly grasped,it will blur the mainstream of social development and confuse ideas and people's minds.Our country is in the period of social transformation and reform.Various problems are emerging.The complex and changeable problems of public opinion are becoming increasingly prominent,which poses a great threat to national development and social stability.Based on this,this paper,from the perspective of public opinion,studies the process of public opinion generation and dissemination in the network social media,with a view to clarifying the stage of public opinion generation and evolution,the factors driving the dissemination and the guiding mechanism,and to provide some reference for effective prevention and control of public opinion in the network social media environment,which has strong theoretical and practical significance.Firstly,this paper combs the development process of social media,explores the background of social media network public opinion,and analyses the main body of social media network public opinion;then,it decomposes the generation and evolution process of social media network public opinion in detail,and divides it into four stages: formation stage,diffusion stage,outbreak stage and recession stage,and summarizes them.On the basis of the evolution characteristics of public opinion in network social media,this paper further analyses the driving factors of its dissemination from three levels: content,media and the public.Finally,it puts forward some corresponding solutions to the problems arising in the process of its dissemination evolution.Based on the above research,this paper draws the conclusion that the emergence,development and solution of public opinion in online social media are influenced by various social factors rather than by a single factor.Whether in the government or in the media,we should fully recognize the importance of social media network public opinion guidance and response.Understanding and mastering the evolution of social media network public opinion is not only conducive to the correct analysis and effective response of government departments and media units to social media network public opinion,but also plays an important role in enhancing the credibility and authority of the government and the media itself. |
