Social media has shaken the traditional media's strong position in top-down agenda setting,give the netizen "the speaking right of thumb",every netizen can express his opinion on a certain Internet public sentiment event on social media,the main idea of Internet users' participation at present is the Internet public opinion viewpoints of this event,the focus of Internet public opinion viewpoints is often the key point that the government needs to solve in time in the process of network public opinion management and control.Under this situation,this thesis analyzes the migration phenomenon of online public opinion viewpoints in social media environment,it defines the connotation,causes and forms of migration of online public opinion points,based on the analysis process of network public opinion migration,the hot events are analyzed empirically,according to the empirical results,the correlation analysis and the path of network public opinion viewpoints transfer are concluded.Which provides a theoretical and practical reference for the governance of network public opinion on emergencies and the prevention of the crisis of network public opinion viewpoints.At first,through the combing of existing research,this thesis summarized and analyzed the connotation of social media,the opinion of Internet public opinion and the influence of social media on the opinion of Internet public opinion points;using the method of case analysis,it defines the connotation of the migration of the network public opinion viewpoints based on the realistic hot events,analyzes the causes of the migration and sums up the manifestation of the migration of the network public opinion viewpoints.Which lays the theoretical foundation for the research on the migration of online public opinion viewpoints.Secondly,according to the two forms of expression of network public opinion points migration,the analysis process of network public opinion migration is constructed.On the heat transfer of the objects which belongs to the Internet public opinion viewpoints migration: Extraction of public opinion objects based on TF-IDF model,then using the improved TFIDF model is used to calculate the calorific value of public opinion objects,analyzing the heat changes under the different time windows;On the content migration in the theme of network public opinion viewpoints: this thesis using LDA topic model realizing the recognition of the theme of the network public opinion points,then analyze the correlation between network public opinion object and subject word to get the content change of the theme of Internet public opinion points under different time windows.Thirdly,this thesis select the "Children abuse event of R.Y.B Kindergarten" incident as the object of study on the migration of Internet public opinion viewpoints.According to the analyzing process of chapter 3,the result of the migration of the public opinion object of " Children abuse event of R.Y.B Kindergarten " incident and the content migration result of the theme of Internet public opinion are obtained;according to the trend of network public opinion points migration,this thesis conclude three special types of the migration paths of network public opinion: Resonance migration?Reverse migration and Jump migration.Finally,this thesis summarizes the challenges brought by the migrate of Internet public opinion viewpoints;after referring to the migration path of network public opinion points and the cause of the migration of network public opinion,we provide suggestions and guidance for the governance strategy of Internet public opinion.The purpose of this thesis is to open up a theoretical study on the migration of Internet public opinion viewpoints and provide a reference for improving the research system of Internet public opinion.
