Design And Implementation Of Evaluation And Replacement System For Used Car Based On SaaS Platform

With the rapid development of software technology and Internet technology,the market competition of SaaS service software market is becoming increasingly fierce.The second-hand car market,as the representative of traditional industries,will also face severe challenges and good opportunities.Used car trade market in our country identification evaluation system is not sound,non-standard,rigging,etc..In order to better regulate vehicles appraisal objective,fair and scientific,establishment of a scientific and reasonable appraisal system is the urgent need to solve problems.The vehicle condition and the vehicle prices are the most important problems in the second-hand car transaction.In order to solve the urgent need of used car appraisal evaluation and replacement for the numerous small and medium-sized enterprises,the used car appraisal and displacement system based on SaaS platform arises at the historic moment,and provides more specification for enterprises and users second-hand car trading guarantee with simple and flexible,accurate assessment.This thesis,through an in-depth research on the demands of small and medium-sized enterprises in second-hand car markets,analyzes many problems up to now.It also designs and develops the used car appraisal and displacement system based on SaaS platform for design and development.This thesis includes the following parts:(1)complete the demand analysis of the second-hand car transaction,and proposed the solution for the evaluation and replacement system based on the SaaS platform from the current working process and service characteristics;(2)propose the vehicle comprehensive performance appraisal method,which is used to detect and used technology,the combination of grading standards about vehicle technology conditions,qualitative to quantitative evaluation on the second-hand vehicle identification on the basis of the elements,select the replacement cost method as the theoretical basis of the used car appraisal to determine used car into new rate into account;(3)according to the various factors influencing the used-car values,adopt AHP algorithm adjusted to the new rate all the factors,integrated parameters and adjustment coefficient in the integrated adjustment coefficient of weight coefficient to determine used new rate adjustment,so as to determine the price of a used car appraisal;(4)complete the appraisal and the displacement system based on the SaaS platform solution design,realized the function of the development work,mainly includes: the displacement vehicle identification and assessment management,vehicle management,vehicle acquisition,used car sales management,etc.
