The Design And Implementation Of Used Car Appraisal Evaluation And Sale System

With the continuous development of China’s economy, the automobile market continues to expand, driven the rise of the uesd car market. At the same time, the used car industry is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Used car appraisal and evaluation is an important part of the used car business. And reasonably accurate identification and assessment methods can significantly improve the used car transactions reliability、credibility of enterprises and economic efficiency. On the other hand, if the identification part business could not be identified according to the used car national standard, it will lead to some problems such as inaccurate results and key parts undetected; it will have large error when the vehicle evaluators to assess the real value based on the identification results, lead to business losses. Finally, the companies can not have a desired development in the fierce competition used car market.This thesis from the actual needs of the group used car business, based on the used car actual business processes are analyzed in detail, we designed of the overall solution about used car appraisal and sales system. The main study include the following:(1) Base on the company standardized management of used car appraisal business purspose,GB/T 30323-2013 "used car appraisal and evaluation of technical specifications" as the group on the basis of identification used car, in the used car assessment used the asset evaluation algorithm,improved valuation models about current market price and the replacement cost method and applied to the system.(2) For the problem such as particularity workshop environment, the amount of data to identify, collect pictures uploaded complicated, a mobile client about used cars identification module based on Android platform, it makes appraisers can efficiently complete the appraisal work of used cars by using mobile clients.(3) In order to solve the group new car sales and used car business association, to ensure the reasonableness of data sources, using the Web Service data exchange to make sure the existing sales system and used car appraisal and sale of newly developed systems to work together.(4) Finally, I achieved the main function modules of the system, and I performed functional tests about used car appraisal and sales system, to solve the requirements analysis in the thesis presented.
