This paper mainly introduces the performance evaluation system of the sales staff of the cloud cellular Mdt InfoTech Ltd。With the development of economy and computer-related technology, enterprise development and growth, the standardization of enterprise management is more and more attention. Personnel is a very important part of enterprise management. Personnel management system was selected as the research object of this paper. Personnel management system in in the large in the get attention, traditional of management of way and hinder has company of constantly development, no longer can meet enterprise of need, increasingly more of enterprise attention using computer information management system to management company of all aspects, personnel management is typical of computer information management system one of, enterprise can with personnel management system for human resources related of management work, can reached twice of role. Even if the change of the company’s staff have been, through the personnel management system is also good for the good management of the human resources of the company. For medium and large enterprises, computer support efficient completion of personnel management issues, meet the requirements of the modern enterprise system, promote scientific and standardized enterprise personnel management to requirements. Computer management is the traditional manual management is not able to compare, computer management advantages are rapid, easy to find, retrieve and high reliability, storage capacity, security, long life, low cost. These advantages is to ensure the efficiency of the personnel management system, scientific, regularized, and the advanced technology of the world’s important conditions. Different systems of enterprise management personnel, which also determines the different businesses require different personnel management system.This thesis introduces the research background, the project significance, the current research and application status of personnel management system, and identifies the main work and research contents. In the business analysis, the existing problems of system, organizations, the original business processes are analyzed in this thesis, and then the optimized business processes are given. In the function analysis, through the use case analysis and use case descriptions, the thesis identifies the system functions, and gives the system function package diagram and sub-function package diagrams, including the staff management sub-function package diagram, payroll management sub-function package diagram and so on. In the data analysis, the data of the system needs to process is analyzed, the entity class relationship diagram is given, and the database tables’ structure is established. At last, the research and analysis are summarized. The future work to do is also prospected in this thesis.
