With the advent of the Internet era and the breakthrough of mobile broadband technology,we have entered the age of 4G,in which mobile phones and tablet PCs have gradually become popular tools.Our knowledge level is also developing and updating with the advancement of science and technology,and thus office automation management has gradually become an important aspect of enterprise internal information management.The traditional office mode used in the past can no longer meet the development of modern enterprises due to its poor efficiency.In the traditional office mode,whether it is to publish announcements or issue documents,the information would be conveyed on paper,and the communication speed is slow.If a key person in a certain section is not in the position because of a business trip or a temporary leave,a certain document may not be signed in time.It makes the work impossible to move on,resulting in a stagnant state,which may delay the processes of many work in the company.Furthermore,good experience or some valuable materials in some projects within the company cannot be shared with each employee in time.Therefore,how to promote enterprise office automation management and establish an effective and efficient automation system to deal with the company's business is particularly important.It is not only to save the human and material resources of the enterprise,but also to deal with some complex business data and management processes in a timely manner to obtain effective knowledge in time,which has become a key issue for many companies.For the defects and shortcomings of the traditional office mode,this thesis designs and develops a mobile office automation management system based on Android system,which takes the actual situation of a certain securities company and the user needs as the basis.This system is mainly based on Android technology,because Android is now the mainstream system of mobile phones,and can be compatible with many applications.In addition,it is very simple to use,and easy to start.The functional module design of the system is mainly divided into seven modules,namely personal office management,document management,workflow management,address book management,business database,experience library,and problem library.The company can realize paperless office work through these modules of the Android-based mobile office automation management system.When the employees directly log in to the client of the automatic office platform on their mobile phones,they can send and receive files on the platform anytime and anywhere,and submit the documents that need to be approved by the superior department.The processes such as document approval,report delivery and meeting notifications no longer require paper printing,all of which are handled electronically through the use of the automatic office platform.Moreover,business data,experience and questions can be shared on the platform,and the employees can interact with each other.Through such a platform,it can not only help the company save expenses,but also improve the employees' working efficiency,and promote the integration of each department and each employee in the company.
