| Office Automation is based on computer technology, communicate technology, system science and behavior science. It continues to make people's some office business recur to all kinds of office equipments and these office equipments and office workers form a man-machine information system serving for some aims. It do the best of its abilities to make use of information resource, enhance productivity, work efficiency and quality, assistant of decision-making, get better effecK so can get given targets. This paper discussed and researched office automation system based on knowledge mainly concerns on two points below:(1) design and implement some modules belongs to office automation based on technology such as examining rate of progress, great invent record, web query.(2) do comprehensive research on OA system and have a deeper recognization to it .Not only do I know about its history and development, but also acquaintance its shortcoming and tendency of development in future by consulting a lot of literature datums.All the research and practice work above arises from the design and development of "PDMS2002"(Project Design Management System). It turns out that all the work is of both practical and academic value. |
