Application Of Organization,Progress And Risk Management Technology In Dredging IT Projects

In china.IT projects are becoming more and more common in dredging industry.Dredging companies gradually realized that the success of IT project depends more on the project management techniques during project delivery.From 2014,guided by national policies,Domestic dredging enterprises ushered in a blowout of a wave of projects under the downturn of global dredging market.Dredging IT projects represented by BeiDou applications have also emerged.Problems such as the shortage of management talents,the chaotic management of organizational structures,weak progress management capabilities and poor risk control capabilities are also revealed,and it has aroused widespread concern among corporate managers.This paper selects the typical dredging IT project of Beidou Compatible System Location Service Platform project as the actual research object,three elements of organizational structure,progress and risk in the process of dredging IT project are studied.Firstly,starting from the organizational structure design,the influence of technology on organizational structure design is studied by introducing the theory of diamond structure;Then the tracking of project progress and monitoring of project progress deviation are studied;At last,a set of evaluation models for predicting risk transfer applicable to the project is explored to reduce the risk of the goal.Through the application of organizational structure design,schedule management and risk management technology in dredging IT projects,can significantly improve the efficiency of project organization,effectively monitor the progress of projects,and reduce the risk of project failure.
