Designing And Implementing Audit Software For CPA Project Progress And Risk Management

The CPA audit has now been widely recognized by the public, because it havingthe characteristics of independent, objective and impartial. The CPA audit undoubtedlyplayed the important role in capital markets and financial markets. Although both thegovernment and the public tried their best to encourage and support the developmentof the CPA industry, the audit risk and the strong competitive pressure are the majorobstacle to industry development at present. What kind of software can not only helpaccounting firms to meet the needs of CPA audit project management but also reduceaudit risk and audit cost? This is the key research contents of this paper.Firstly, this paper summarized the relevant literature and analyzed the actualsituation of accounting firms in China, and the summaries and analysis have verifiedthe urgency and necessary of the project progress management and risk managementsoftware of CPA audit. Secondly, this paper briefly described several key technologiesfor developing the software. Then, this paper analyzed the requirements of users fromthe comprehensive and specific level. In order to structure practical software module,this paper materialized the user requirements and demonstrated the feasibility of thissoftware from the technical level, and analyze B/S system structure,NET FrameTechnology on technology level, and adopt SQL2008on store data, adopt thepracticability analyze of Visual Studio2010tools develop software,and demonstratedte feasibility of develop and apply on financial level and operational level. Based onthe the results of the aforementioned analyses, the software is developed by using andincludes9big modules. This paper introduced the development process of the coremodule in details. In the end, the software through different role to log on system,and see from the point of program administrator and comptroller to show the realsituation of software appliction, approve the well working of software, show differentauthority of different role, and this paper gave a full description of the operationmethod. The conclusion has made a generalization and summary to this article’sinnovation and deficiency.
