This article is based on product development and process optimization theory study and practice,through to the core management theory and business process optimization BPI relevant literature on the analysis and research of the WB company in product development process is analyzed for the problems,put forward the optimization scheme and implement,eventually to evaluate optimization results,solve the problem of WB company delays the product development process.To other similar business types of enterprises to provide a certain reference.This paper first analyzes the product development process of the cooperative project of WB company with gantt degree and case analysis,and finds out the links and tasks of delayed progress.Then according to the different links and tasks targeted application of the program to solve.To solve the problem of demand definition in the filing process,the Kano model is used to carry out weight analysis on the demand.In the development stage,ASME was used to distinguish the value-added and non-value-added activities,and ESIA was used to eliminate,optimize and integrate the non-value-added activities.Then,the test and verification process was analyzed by fishbone method,and then optimized.Finally,PMM maturity model was used to evaluate the optimization results.At the same time,it also carries out some supporting measures,such as establishing risk management mechanism,strengthening daily management,establishing information sharing and establishing reward and punishment mechanism to ensure better operation of process optimization.In the implementation process,the implementation of the process is evaluated and further optimized..
