As the global economic integration,and the comprehensive development of 4G smartphone market.The market competition become more and more intense,the product life cycle being greatly shortened,the increasingly consumers pay attention to product function,quality and service,customer needs become more personalized and differentiated.The enterprise also began to pay attention to the brand and the experience consumption,to promote brand and reputation.The enterprise must rely on their own development drive,strengthen the hardware product value and its connotation,constantly develop new products,rapid response and meet the market demand for new products.Huawei terminals company is a domestic smartphone leading brand enterprise,one of the Fortune Global 500 enterprises.Established competitive advantage in the communication technologies research and development,product quality,brand reputation.As huawei terminal company's rapid development,the new strategic goals of value have been confirmed to be more than hundred billion dollars.It will cause heavy task in the new product development,and each one product need help to occupy the market share,profitability,and promote the brand.But the product development processes have been not matched enterprise's business and development.This thesis is based on process management theory of the new product development,as analysis to provide optimizations goal strategy in the development process.This thesis mainly base on existing problems in the process of new product development.Using the IDEF0 model,and using ASME model to quantitative analyze all nodes within process are value-added activities,using the survey method,Industry standard analysis method to analyze regional requirement process.Firstly,to integrate and optimize Charter development process and IPD process in the new product development,shorten new product development cycle,improve the efficiency of resource utilization,ensure product quality and experience consumption.Secondly,to design the regional requirement management process.Finally,to provide measures and suggestions as soon as new process has been executed.Try to make sure decision efficient and product quality.and it is concluded that development process optimization is continual,it need to constantly explore and improve in the future.
