Research On Optimization Of Product Development Based On DSM

With the development of our country’s economy, many enterprises have made great achievements and progress. But at the same time, these enterprises are also accompanied by growing pains, how to maintain the strength of enterprises and make strategic adjustment astutely has became the problem that of increasing attentioned. Along with the global profession competition’s aggravating and the diversification of the customer requirements, the effective management of research and development process is becoming more important than any former period in current time. How to shorten the product development cycle and reduce development costs has became the most important factor of rapid development for high and new technology enterprises. Therefore, establishing and perfecting the enterprise research and development management process, is an effective way for enterprises to show quick response to the market and increase the speed of developing new product.The main contents in this paper include three aspects:Firstly, through reading a large number of literature, this paper generalized the research status at home and abroad in the field of process management, and then summarized the theory of Business Process, Design structure matrix and Petri net, which prepared the theoretical basis for the research. Then, based on the basic principles of design structure matrix, this article established product development model. In addition, this article also brings forward improved algorithm bases on traditional genetic algorithm, and simulated the design process by using Matlab software and finally got the optimal sequence of each task activity under the lowest total cost and the total time costs. Finally, based on the basic principle of Petri net, this paper proposed mapping function from design structure matrix to Petri nets, and on the base of establishing colored Petri net model, this text also put forward the analysis method for Petri net structure and performance, provided an effective tool of dynamic optimization for the process.Combining design structure matrix and Petri nets, will not only provide an effective method of modeling for research and development process, but also can supply an effective mean for dynamic maintenance and adjustment during the period of process actual operations. This paper offered a new way for management of research and development process by combining the design structure matrix with Petri net.
