In the21st century, with the rapid development of network informationtechnology, manufacturing presents a development trend of networking, virtualization,intelligence and servitization. In order to meet the requirement of development trend,a new manufacturing mode called Cloud manufacturing is emerged as the timesrequire. Cloud manufacturing is adhered to concept that manufacturing is the service.And with the aid of cloud computing, the internet of things and other kinds of relatedhigh and new information technology, problem in integration and sharing ofmanufacturing resource under the network environment is solved, and also search andintelligent matching in service resources and tasks are realized. Then with optimaloperation in service resources, an optimal combination in services is formed so as toachieve optimal configuration in service resources. Therefore, sharing and optimalconfiguration in service resources have an important significance and practical value.For this purpose, combined with the national natural science fund project named"Research on construction and operation of cross-organizational resources servicechain of Timing constraints associated collaborative manufacturing’s task drive "(No.71271192), sharing and optimal configuration of service resources under cloudmanufacturing environment are in-deep study.The main researches are shown as follows:First, this paper expresses the basic idea of the cloud manufacturing. Then, acloud manufacturing resource semantic ontology is constructed on the base ofunderstanding semantic Web. Next, establish its description template to realize itsencapsulation and release. Finally, use the virtualization framework of cloudmanufacturing resources to achieve the transformation of manufacturing resources toservice resources.Second, detailed analysis of cloud manufacturing task model and construct itsontology. Put forward a hybrid decomposition algorithm based on hierarchy, QoS andcloud service resources to realize its decomposition. According to Agent ideology, propose a cloud discovery algorithm based on cloud manufacturing Agent; then,achieve the search of cloud recourses.Third, research the matching model of cloud manufacturing tasks-serviceresources, and put forward a hybrid matching algorithm to adapt it. Then, obtain itsmatching value to realize the mission and service resources matching. According tothe theory of intelligent optimization algorithm, build a cloud services resourcesoptimal allocation model based on improved ant colony algorithm. Propose theevaluation function and solve to obtain the optimal portfolio of services in the totalmanufacturing activities. Finally, use a case to verify the feasibility of the method.
