With the globalization of manufacturing increasingly developing, the cooperation among enterprises is more closely, the number and species of resources enterprise manufacturing need are more rich, the way of resource management also need to make corresponding changes to adapt to the demand of resources change and the personalization of enterprise user. Cloud manufacturing is proposed to effectively alleviate the problems existing in resource management mode. Through the resources highly unified management, cloud manufacturing realizes the rapid integration of resources and sharing. In the cloud manufacturing environment, resources are dynamic and diversity, and at the same time the enterprise users constantly change in resource demand, so it is more important to realize resource optimization. However, resources tend to aim at business process, so it need consider the global of business process, to select a set of optimal resource. At the same time, locally considering the business activity set with resource dependency is to reduce the complexity of resource selection. So, firstly dividing the business process according to the resource dependency, then computing the optimal value of all kinds of resources by the operational indicators of resources from local scope, at last obtaining the optimal set of resources to meet the business process. The specific studies are as follows:1、According to resource service characteristics of cloud manufacturing, the resource service model is given, and six evaluation indexes are proposed which includes service time, service quality, service cost, usability, compositionality, trust. Also evaluation index system is built.2、The division of resources according to the resource dependency. In the business process, resources are serviced for the business activities, and there is relationship between the business activities. According to the resource dependency between business activities, a method called workflow model partition method based on the resource dependency is proposed. Then the dividing method of business process is explained by a case.3、The preferred selection of candidate resource set. On the basis of dividing of business process, the optimization method of resource on workflow is used to select resources. At first, it need filter the candidate resource set. Then using typical indexes calculates resource optimal set of subprocess. Next, the resource optimal set of business process is calculated by merging all resource optimal sets of subprocess. Then a case is proposed to verify this approach with consideration of business process factor more superior.Finally the proposed method is used by research and development of small and medium-sized enterprise cloud manufacturing service platform, the practical application is used to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.
