Nowadays, with the continuous rise of the IT industry and the transformation of traditional media, the wave of e-books is also reflected in the field of education. At present,in the education industry in China, the process of informatization has been accelerated.China has promoted the "paperless" teaching vigorously, and launched a new educational media called e-schoolbag.Therefore,we need to find a new interface design method immediately rather than using the past layout design experience of paper books. We have to enhance the reading efficiency of the primary school students as much as possible and do not add their cognitive and interactive burdens under the premise of their reading habits and preferences. In the background above, there are two objectives of the paper: the one is the output results of this study,to accurately judge people's reading ability and reading habits through collecting eye movement information, and on this basis, adjust graphic interface timely,so that the same text can be automatically adjusted to the reader's adaptive interface that matches the readers best;another is the final purpose of this study,to identify the differences of eye movement of primary school students' reading behavior between the different grades, and on this basis, combined with the psychological and cognitive characteristics of the primary school students, summarized electronic graphic design principles.Through the second eye movement experiments,it is proved that thereading ability of students will be rapidly developed with the growing grade. And there are different levels between grades, with an obvious gap.The individual ability of each student in the same grade also has this gap.For primary school students, the development of reading ability reflects in two ways: reading speed and quality growth. That is a comprehensive growth. In general, the speed and quality is closely related. This is related with the brain development and the continuously exercising and increasing on knowledge and way of thinking.According to the fact of the gap between reading ability, this paper proved a general design principle: “the lower reading skills, the more simple and easy using of interface;the higher reading ability, the more interesting and rich of interface”.Meanwhile, this research based on psychology meaning of each eye movement, completed the part of graphic interface fact design by eye movement data.By the dimensionality reduction of the eye movement data of the formal test, the paper have got two indicators to judge the primary school students' comprehensive eye movement capacity-the number of saccades and the rate of looking returned.By tested distribution of clustering condition, the coordinate system is divided into four regions, and obtained four types of readers: "Efficient type","Drawled type","Rushing type" and "Exercise-needing type ".And we have got the data range of all types.According to the characteristics of the four different reading types, the design principles of the graphic interface are summarized in this paper. For four different types of readers, the paper details the display parameters of each element of the graphic interface and regulates the length of the text, the interference term, layout complexity, the text size and other important factors of the interface. Then,in condition of the availability of children's aesthetic and visual design premise, using the colors and lively elements to create a relaxed atmosphere,so that students are able to maintain interest and attention.Design output test results confirmed the validity of each electronic graphic interface for the respective reading types of people. Finally, programming with the eye tribe and XAML language,C # language in the paper,in order to explain and visualize the program logic, realized a program of graphic interface based on eye movement data.
