Design And Implementation Of Students' Track Record Management System In Primary And Junior High School

Students' track record management system is indispensable part of an education unit.A full-featured,easy-to-use information management system not only can effectively reduce the burden on school-related work groups of people,Its contents are crucial to the school's decision-makers and managers,but also can retain important information for students to learn and develop reserves.Students will learn the whole experience left deep traces.This project aims to accomplish the design and implementation of evaluating the quality of education,which would improve the efficiency and management of primary and junior high school students grow files.The author regard one school's business as requirement,using the way of software engineering,making the analysis and design of system,taking advantage of technology of Java Web and Flex what's more,the author also use Apache tomcat as server and MySQL as database,to realize the system of students grows file based on Web.There are two big modules in this system,one is students grows file management,the other is office management The first module contains many functions including visits information management,award information management,punished information management,comprehensive practical information management,work record information management,medical information management and evaluation information management.The other module covers leave information management and document flow management.This thesis first introduces the background,in-out condition and the aim of this project.Second,it makes the requirement of the system as the very beginning,describes the procedure of doing this project,and presents some tables of database and some running page of those functions.In addition,this article also gives the testing process of the basic functions.At last,it points out the disadvantage of the project and looks forward to future work.
