Compared to other types of project, software development projects have some special features such as evaluating activity hardly. When software produces developed the first time,it corresponds to the high risks and uncertainties. At the same time,as an intellectual-intensive software industry, such features will bring a big problem to the \ manager. Now in order to solve such problems, the software industry uses the methods including requirement refinements and development process enhancement. But it will bring the quality degradation and bug quantity increase.Currently software development corporate R & D project management mainly focus on a technical perspective, the emphasis on research content, key technologies, critical path's evaluation and management, but in the project schedule and risk management, there are less research.Based on software development projects tight sechdule, requirement changes quickly, technology update rapidly, but restriction in the overall progress of develpment period, cost control, and risk control. This paper do some research in demanding characteristics of enterprise software development project schedule management, particularly in software development project schedule management.Based on classical management model(PERT technique),this paper includes single process duration optimization,multi-node import optimization, overall duration of the critical path prediction enhancement. At last Monte Carlo simulation will be applied to study the activity's duration by project critical path.It will give some important advice to the actual project schedule management.
