Research On The Risk Management Of ICRM Information Construction Project In DT Logistics Company

Under the current situation of complex implementation process,risk factors and low success rate of management,how to effectively prevent risk factors in the process of project implementation and ensure that the project is completed on time,quality and quantity has become the focus of attention of ICRM information construction project managers of DT Logistics Company.In this paper,DT Logistics ICRM information construction project in accordance with the project risk management theory of risk identification,risk assessment and risk response measures process carried out a detailed study of project risk,and put forward the corresponding project risk response measures.Firstly,this paper introduces the background of the topic selection and analyses the current research situation at home and abroad,introduces the research content,article framework,research methods and so on.Secondly,it expounds the basic theory of project risk management and the theory of comprehensive risk management.Secondly,the general situation of the ICRM information construction project of DT Logistics Company is elaborated,and the risk factors of the project are identified by Delphi method.Based on the theory of project life cycle,eight potential factors affecting project risk,such as lack of feasibility study report,design risk,management risk,documentation and acceptance,are identified from three stages of project initiation,project implementation and project end.Then,the risk of ICRM information construction project of DT Logistics Company is evaluated by using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The adverse effects of project risk factors on project risk are "high".Finally,based on the theory of comprehensive risk management,this paper puts forward the risk countermeasures of ICRM information construction project of DT Logistics Company.The purpose of this paper is to excavate the inherent law of enterprise information construction project risk management and guide the construction of enterprise information construction project risk management system.
