The Research On The Construction Of Ningbo Digital Library

Since 2014,the idea of "nationwide reading " has been filed into government working reports the 4th time.In the new environment,the information needs of various users show new characteristics of the times,which bring new opportunities and challenges to the construction of digital libraries.In order to adapt to the development of the Internet information age,our nation actively promotes the construction of digital libraries at the provinces and cities,which reflects the great attention paid on the the construction of digital reading by our national strategic layer.Ningbo Digital Library(NBDL)is a beneficial service project of Ningbo municipal party committee and government.In 2008,under the leadership of Ningbo City Education Bureau,and Ningbo City Press and publication Bureau,Ministry of Finance and other departments with the support of formal establishment and implementation.As an important part of Ningbo's construction of a service-oriented education system,the Ningbo digital map has gone through the construction of the first and second phases of the project to provide information services for the development of Ningbo's higher education,the upgrading of local industrial structure,and the economic and social development.At the same time,it can promote the development and operation of digital library.The development of library mainly refers to the rapid development of modern information technology with the core of computer and network technology and its wide application in the library.Big data,cloud computing technology and other modern advanced information technology are popularized and applied in the library.The development of the library has undergone unprecedented changes.Starting with the basic theory of digital library and taking the information service construction and development of digital library as the breakthrough point of big data environment,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the development course of foreign digital library.Drawing on the development experience of foreign digital library and combining with the status quo and existing problems of digital library construction in Ningbo,this paper puts forward practical countermeasures and suggestions,which has theoretical reference significance for the construction of Ningbo digital map and the improvement of service quality.In the process of construction,provide the people of Ningbo with convenient and efficient access to book resources,showing the humanistic care of the government.
