Web2.0 brings new development opportunities and challenges to enterprise intelligence work,and further enhances the requirements of the competitive intelligence organization model.All-the-staff Competitive Intelligence model is a kind of intelligence organization model with great potential.As early as the 1980 s,Japan actively practiced this model and achieved good results.The US “Intellipedia” makes full use of Web2.0 to obtain Collective Intelligence and promote individual participation,fully demonstrating the great value of this model.However,the mobilization,fragmentation and socialization of Web2.0 have gradually lost the original organizational management control mode.The development of Web2.0 technology has delayed the elements of corporate culture,system and strategy,resulting in more complicated implementation of All-the-staff Competitive Intelligence model.However,the results of the business practice survey also show that the implementation effect is not satisfactory.At present,there are few studies on the competitive intelligence of all employees under Web2.0(here in after referred to as “All-the-staff CI2.0”),especially the systematic study of the effective implementation of CI2.0 is even more lacking.First of all,this paper deeply analyzes the relevant research on CI2.0 of All-the-staff at home and abroad,points out that there are deficiencies in the research of all-member competitive intelligence,and defines the main concepts involved in the research.Secondly,based on CAS theory and competitive intelligence management control theory,using the grounded theory method,from the organizational point of view,the five influencing factors of the implementation of CI2.0 are: technology platform,intelligence system,intelligence culture,strategic support,intelligence Organizational ecology,from the group perspective,In-depth study of the influencing factors of the implementation of CI2.0:Strategization,Structuralization,Socialization.Then,combined with the research results and related literatures in the third chapter of this paper,the system dynamics causality diagram and flow graph of the Effective implementation of CI2.0 are constructed.Finally,the impact of the collaborative strategy of different factor combinations on the participation level of CI2.0 and the proportion of intelligence participants,the influence of individual participation and teamwork participation on the participation level of CI2.0,the degree of different intelligence interaction and The level ofintelligence input simulates the impact of the change process of the effective implementation of CI2.0.The results of this study show that: First,with strategic support as the leading factor,the intelligence culture,intelligence system,technology platform and intelligence organization ecological synergy strategy can improve the participation level of CI2.0 and the proportion of intelligence participants.Second,in the early stage of implementation,individual participation increased the participation level of CI2.0 in the whole staff.In the middle and late period,the team-based participation increased the participation level of CI2.0 in the whole staff.Third,the level of intelligence interaction between individuals and team-based participation has a significant positive correlation with the participation level of CI2.0,the level of CI2.0environment,and the proportion of intelligence participants.Fourth,the increase in intelligence input has different effects on the proportion of intelligence participants,the participation level of CI2.0,the full-factor implementation of CI2.0,and corporate performance.According to the research results,this paper proposes relevant collaborative strategies to improve the effective implementation of CI2.0 in the enterprise,in order to provide theoretical and practical guidance for the effective implementation of All-the-staff competitive intelligence of enterprises in Web2.0.
