The web form as the carrier of data transmission has different use value in different applications.Business websites use registration forms to achieve user transformation;Question Answer Community builds user ecology through form content;OA(Office Automation)system uses forms to improve work efficiency.With the development of information technology,the daily office process of enterprises has gradually changed from manual to automation,making forms assume more and more important missions.Therefore,it is very important to study how to improve the efficiency and ease of use of forms in OA system.In order to solve the problem of users' resistance and ease of use when they see a lot of information or long form items,this paper combines the persuasive design elements from the cognitive perspective,makes the interface logic clear and concise by optimizing the interface interaction and reducing the required capabilities,enhances the user's sense of control and improves the corresponding user experience;and improves the matching degree between information framework and user's capabilities by improving the matching degree of information framework and user's capabilities.The user's original cognitive structure is used to explain the new actions and new interaction modes,and assimilated into the original system,which greatly reduces the cognitive load of the user and promotes the achievement of persuasion effect.Based on the above theoretical research,this topic combines theory with design practice to analyze and improve the design from three aspects: the structure layer,the frame layer and the performance layer of the actual project,and summarizes the specific design method of form interaction.Through the performance optimization of technology and the construction of component scheme,the usability and ease of use of forms are improved,and the use efficiency of forms is improved.Rate and user satisfaction.Finally,through the usability test,the improved project is verified,and the better feedback effect is obtained,that is,the user's cognitive cost is reduced,and the product's usability is improved,which provides new ideas and solutions for the form design practice.
