Today in the21st century. The mining of tacit knowledge has become the focus ofknowledge research. The clothing which is necessity of life is fashionable and personalized.As the clothes meet the physical needs of keeping warming of the people, at the same time, itserves as spiritual need such as individuation, temperament etc. The economic heat on theworld is gradually converted to a buyer’s market from a seller’s market. Only rely on thedesigner’s experience, knowledge and inspiration to design and product clothing is unable tomeet the needs of users in clothing. So the key of the clothing design is how to mining thecognitive tacit knowledge of user’s, apply it into clothing design and change it into theinnovation source of clothing design. It’s also the important means of enterprise to developmarket, integrate knowledge and innovative. The research subject has supported by ’11.5’Project of National.This paper uses the cognitive tacit knowledge of user’s as the research object, gives outthe mining technical route based on perception image and applies it into the clothing design.The main work is as follows. Firstly, the concept and characteristic and classification of tacitknowledge have been introduced. Reserched method which is used in mining tacit knowledgehas been introduced. Secondly, ontology-based knowledge representation of clothing concept,productive rule-based representation of design rules, frame-based knowledge representationof design case which adapts to the clothing design knowledge characteristic is proposed toconstruct clothing knowledge library. Thirdly, put forward the mining technical route based onperception image through analyzing the user’s cognition features in clothing design. Based onthe qualitative analysis of user’s perception image and clothing design elements, constructedthe user’s perception image library. Application triangular fuzzy number, semanticdifferential and consistent matrix method to quantitatively calculated the relationshipbetween user’s perception image and clothing design elements. Realizing the clothingrecommend based on user’s perception image. Designing and displaying the personalizedclothing for user’s based on the fuction such as the measurement of user’s satisfaction andclothing details amendment etc. Fourth, in combination with an enterprise brand clothingcustomization demand, design and implementation the clothing recommendation systembased on the mining of user’s tacit knowledge.
