| In recent years, the TV Food Program like a hundred flowers in bloom emerging in people’s field of vision,especially the reality cooking show on TV which is represented by " A Bite of China" documentary, is more and more popular with the audience. Throughout the development of television food program in our country, which can be roughly divided into three main stages:start-ups, development, boom.In the process of its development, program creation concept, program form and constitute elements, have experienced an evolution at different levels.What had the TV Food Program in our country experienced? What is the core strength to drive the evolution? This article taking the representative country food program of different development period in our country as the research sample, from the vertical and horizontal dimensions, analyzes its programming concept, forms and form elements to find the influencing factors or the driving force.The content of this paper is divided into four parts. The first part analyzed characteristics in detail about three type s food TV programs of our country in different development period summarized as teaching,exploration and innovative cuisines.The second part using the representative case analysis food program indifferent development period the to analyze the creation concept of the food TV program in China- from the single public service concept to the diversification.The third part using the representative case analysis food program indifferent development period the to analyze the creation concept of the food TV program in China – the evolution process of Food TV Program in our countryThe fourth part focuses on analyzing the constituent elements and characteristics of different development periods from the perspective of the constituent elements of the TV program. |
