China is a cultural country with a history of 5,000 years.And China possesses rich cultural relics.However,due to the backwardness of cultural relics protection technology,many cultural relics have been damaged due to improper preservation.Humidity is one of the basic parameters for considering the quality of cultural relics preservation.The impact on cultural relics protection is particularly obvious.The humidity of cultural relics preservation environment is too high or too low,which will cause deterioration and damage of cultural relics.Therefore,the main content of this paper is to design a centralized constant humidity measurement and control system to improve the humidity environment preserved in the museum.This paper first compares several humidification and dehumidification methods commonly used in industry,and combines the use scenarios of the constant humidity measurement and control system to determine that the system will adopt a combination of electric heating and humidification and cooling and dehumidification.Analyze the gas path,waterway and refrigerant flow direction of the constant humidity measurement and control system,and then determine the overall structure of the system,and further research and design the subsystems such as air supply device,humidity control device and water supply and drainage device,so that each subsystem is self-contained.The integration of each other at the same time realizes the centralized and integrated design concept of the constant humidity measurement and control system.In this paper,based on the process control theory,the system analysis of the constant humidity measurement and control system is carried out by MATLAB/Simulink software.Based on the simulation results,the feasibility of differential PID control to compensate the hysteresis property of the constant humidity measurement and control system is verified.At the same time,in order to improve the humidity control accuracy of the system and reduce the system maintenance cost,the constant humidity measurement and control system adopts the relay feedback self-tuning method to realize the function of PID control parameter self-tuning.Relying on the above two control methods,the humidity control accuracy of the final constant humidity measurement and control system can be stabilized within ±3% RH,which meets the humidity control requirements of the museum cultural relics protection and humidity control equipment.The constant humidity measurement and control system strives to achieve accurate and stable control effects.This paper introduces the establishment and application of the museum constant humidity measurement and control system,and completes the experiment by setting up the field test environment,which verifies the precise humidity control ability of the system,and contributes to the cultural relic protection business,so that the humidity control technology applied to the preservation of micro-environment in cultural relics has reached a higher level.
